The room was brand-new, it was quiet and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge were very handy. Location: the hotel was next to restaurants and or things to do and downtown and mall, restaurants, groceries, and highways.

Everything was excellent, had a such great stay for a business trip. The room was well decorated & new-fashioned with microwave and refrigerator, as example. Also, location was marvellous, not very far from Mount Hope Church.

The whole experience was great. Enjoyed Lansing, the hotel was quiet to the lansing area. The room was great-sized and with refrigerator and microwave and coffee, had everything I needed.

our recent stay at crowne plaza lansing was amazing! the staff went above and beyond to make our 9-year-old's birthday special, with a birthday card and candy bars in our room. the hotel had excellent facilities like a well-equipped gym, pool area, and game rooms to keep everyone entertained.

Everything is exceptionally clean and perfect. The hotel offers well decorated and big rooms with the strawberries and double cup coffee makers, for instance, I am very pleased about that. Thanks to all super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. It boasts good location very close to mall, restaurants, groceries, and highways, restaurants and or things to do, and an overnight getaway. I want to say thank you for a really great experience, would come back for sure.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions close by. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering services such as car rental and wake-up calls. Our room was equipped with everything we needed, including a microwave and refrigerator. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The bar and restaurant were great, with delicious food and drinks. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to others.

I loved the cookies & milk to my door at night...what a personalized & unexpected treat. The beds and bedding were so comfortable.
I thought the cost was too high. I could see paying up to $129/night, not $189.
